Across the globe, more people are struggling with stress, anxiety, and depression than ever before. With over 43 million Americans suffering from mental illness, this mental health crisis has left many searching for solutions.

Omega-3s are a key nutrient in building and maintaining a healthy brain. They contain two fatty acids, DHA and EPA, which are integral to the structure of each of our cell membranes. Low levels of DHA have been linked to depression, anxiety, and memory loss.

Our founder, Bright Djampa, discovered his passion for mental health focused nutrition during his studies at University of Maryland. He founded Omega 3 with the goal of empowering people to take charge of their mental health through nutrition.

We support NAMI by volunteering locally and supplying free granola bars for their national walk to bring awareness to mental health; and how nutrition can be a help in that plight.
